    Payment Protection Insurance seems to be on the forefront of a lot of our minds at the moment.  It seems to make a regular appearance in the news and with the recent development that the banks have now conceded and set aside over £4 billion for people reclaiming miss-sold PPI (Payment Protection Insurance).

    Our newest customers www.easyppiclaims.com are setting up a website specifically designed to help people reclaim what is rightfully theirs as easily and quickly as possible.  The consultants at www.easyppiclaims.com are there to take the pain out of reclaiming, with the average customer reclaiming around £6000.

    The website spec that we were giving was simple, make it easy for users to submit their information to enable us to help them reclaim what they are owed.

  • 09 May 2011 Increase The Wedge were delighted to win the business to create a new website for the already very successful Alba Military Fitness base in Strathclyde Country Park in Lanarkshire.

    Led by Cammy MacLeod, with 22 years in the Army along with a troop of fitness instructors all from military background give them a unique edge in fitness training and weight loss.

    The website www.albamilfit.co.uk now live gives the perfect balance of design, functionality and usability, with social network integration with a number of backend features to allow Alba Military Fitness to administer and keep track of registered users as well as add the clubs most recent news and promote events.

    During the client briefing we believe we got a thorough understanding of Alba Military’s need inclusive of a number of future enhancement that will be added in the near future.

    Cammy has already recommended Increase The Wedge to a number of business associates and contacts for Web Design and Search Engine Optimisation work.

    Even in its early stages of launch the new website is already generating traffic from major search engines such as Google and Yahoo from organic means.

  • 06 May 2011 We are delighted to launch the new and improved website for Perfect Balance Studio based in Motherwell. www.perfectbalancestudio.co.uk offers information on Yoga, Callanetics, Reiki as well as Angels and Meditation taught by Margo who has been teaching Yoga for over 13 years throughout Lanarkshire.

    Perfect Balance Studio also offer is Hypnotherapy through Tom Nasmyth.

    He is registered with GHR General Hypnotherapy Register which ensures that he adheres to a strict code of practice and ethics. He is also a member of IPTI Independent Professional Therapist International.

    The better weather is here and we can all look forward to the next few months with a renewed spring in our steps.

    As you will have seen the web site has been given a makeover by our good friends at www.increasethewedge.com and it looks absolutely fabulous. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for all the hard work and creativity they provided but more than that was their patience with Tom and myself regarding the many changes and requests that they handled with great diplomacy and tact.


    Our brief was to facilitate the creation of a new website that was search engine friendly along with a content management system (CMS) that would allow them to update content easily.

    Adding another dimension there was also the requirement to add in an e-commerce function to truly give the website the status of being a 24hr employee.

    Currently Perfect Balance Studio attracts clients from Motherwell, Wishaw, Bellshill and surrounding areas, with the website being visible to search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Bing there is no reason that they can not attract new clients from the rest of Lanarkshire and further afield for the variety of workshops that they have on a regular basis.
